I started at Berkeley in Fall 2016 and joined Rebecca Abergel's group in Fall 2017. My research is in radiochemistry, and includes solution thermodynamics, column separations, and rare oxidation state stabilization of the f-elements, with an emphasis on medically relevant isotopes. In addition, I am an active member of the Science Policy Group at Berkeley and a Western Hub Co-Chair of the National Science Policy Network. I graduated from Tufts University in 2015 with a BS in Chemical Physics and a BA in Political Science, and worked for a year at the Nuclear Innovation Alliance on advanced nuclear regulatory policy before starting grad school.
