Max Fratoni Awarded ANS Untermyer & Cisler Reactor Technology Medal

UCBNE chair Max Fratoni has been awarded the 2024 ANS Untermyer & Cisler Reactor Technology Medal. Max is being recognized for his outstanding contributions to the advancement of nuclear technology, specifically for the groundbreaking development of fluoride-cooled pebble-bed reactors and pioneering work in various other advanced reactor technologies.
